PP non-woven machine is designed and manufactured according to the
individual requirements of customers, which is equivalent to the 3
/ 4 model of reifenh ä user reicofil. Therefore, they may have a
wide range of applications.
PP non-woven machine has the characteristics of less investment,
compact structure, small floor area, simple production process,
simple operation, labor saving, wide compatibility and so on.
In the spunbonded nonwovens process, the polymer is transformed
into endless filaments by melt drawing, and then deposited on the
metal mesh belt. Converting particles into nonwovens requires only
one production step.
We distinguish three different types of spun wires: one, two and
three. The biggest difference is the greater linear speed, so the
additional beam provides additional output capacity.
SMS pp Spunbond Non-Woven Production Line consists:
Extruder, filter, melt pump, spinning box, drawing device,
extraction fan, calender, winding, unwinding, cutting device. All
of this can be automated.
