1. Light weight: the main raw material is polypropylene resin, with
a proportion of only 0.9, only three fifths of that of cotton.
Plush. It feels very comfortable.
2. Softness: it is made of fine fibers (2-3D) and hot-melt bonding
of light spots. The finished product is soft and comfortable.
3. Drainage and air permeability: the polypropylene sheet does not
absorb water, the moisture content is zero, and the finished
product is well drained. 100% fiber composition, good porosity,
good air permeability, easy to keep the cloth dry and easy to
clean.
4. Non toxic and non irritating: This product uses food grade raw
materials in line with FDA standards, does not contain other
chemical components, has stable performance, is non-toxic, has no
peculiar smell and does not stimulate the skin.
5. Antibacterial and chemical resistant agent: polypropylene is a
chemical passivation substance, which is not eaten by insects and
can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid;
Antibacterial and alkali corrosion, the finished product will not
affect the strength due to corrosion.
6. Antibacterial properties. This product has water absorption
performance, does not mildew, and can isolate the erosion of
bacteria and insects in the liquid.
7. Good physical properties. It is spun from polypropylene,
directly laid into a net and thermally bonded. The strength of the
product is better than that of general short fiber products. The
strength is non directional, and the longitudinal and transverse
strength are similar.

The role of spinneret is to transform viscous flow of polymer melt
or solution into small section with special section, and solidify
through solidified medium, such as air or solidification bath. It
is used for the uniform exit of the tow.
